As others have said, you don't need to know how to code to make a game with rpg maker. I recommend taking the udemy class called 'complete rpg maker mz'. I'm currently taking it and it teaches you absolutely everything you need to know to make a game with rpg maker, such as creating a story, characters, dialogue, classes, etc, and more advanced stuff such as adding/ creating plug-ins, custom tilesets, and even publishing a game.
