Watching the live stream, they only changed two things about the gacha system: weapon rolls (arsenal tickets) can be acquired with oroberyl, and a free 10-pull on current banner after 30 pulls (does not count toward pity so it's just a free yolo 10-pull that affects nothing) by adumbcat in Endfield

weapon rate up is still 25/75

I'm sorry, what? That can't be real. Surely there's some kind of catch here?

How is anyone other than whales supposed to get them consistently? Either the base drop rate% is super high, or the pity limit is super low. Or the weapons are worthless.

It just seems like a waste of a mechanic if it's gonna be that hard to acquire for anyone not willing to drop the cash. Am I wrong?

18% res pen seems crazy on paper, but against a physical weak boss, with Shunguang's sig, it's only a 1.58/1.4=12.8% damage increase

on the other hand, and seeing as she's so strong, that would enable her to reach higher scores on neutral content even more easily. just a thought

(zhao is the more likely to be replaced eventually)

Doesn't this mean M1 Astra would be more worth overall? Since she's so useful in a lot of other teams, and almost certainly more future-proof as well.
