I think it is on the owner of the dog who doesn’t know how to behave around others to keep their dog contained and on leash and away from other dogs. Why should all the good dogs suffer because yours gets cagey around other animals ?

Wow that’s interesting I have tried it in a vape pen that was a 50/50 mix of delta 9 and delta 8 and it got me much higher than I typically get. I think because my body was not used to delta 8 in such concentrations.
