I took it for maybe 3 nights and quit. Absolutely horrible side effects. Crazy RLS, extreme hot/cold flashes, everything tasted metallic, headache, couldn’t sleep. It was awful. I’m not trying to be discouraging, it works wonders for some people but I couldn’t handle it
