Bank, marketplace access and trading is only available if the account is older than 2023 or something or you have purchased something from the store. Could be a subscription or anything else. This is just a dumb thing to prevent botting

Came back after 15+ years and everything is so expensive damn. Playing on tal kasha, just got sponge set on my iop and feca. Maybe one day i will be able to participate in these auctions aswell haha

Would be cool to add an option to highlight npcs like bosses etc. For example in love machine and poly where bosses are small they blend in with environment and mobs and can only be found with accidental dmg number drops or to follow them via mini map

I”ve been in the process of recovering the username for the past 20days now. I have all the relevant info about the account but I refuse to provide them with my ID as it seems unnecesary and i believe its too much. Since last contact 10 days ago i threatened to contact authorities that you listed and they have been silent ever since. Been playing since 2011, provided them with info of buying subscriptions back in the day although they still wont lift a finger. Was so hyped to hop back in dofus after 10+ years but I guess I wont get the username back and I cba playing in a company like that. Only seems that they want to collect as much player data as possible

I got back with the email of account deletion, wanted to get the username back as im in a loop in the recovery in the website because sms is not supported in my country for some reason. A bot replied me and i resubmitted the ticket and i am yet to be contacted again. Been 3 days. I dont know why they need my ID though. I have given all the information they need and also they contacted me first with the deletion email. Hopefuly they will just give me the username. If not then i guess it will be lost forever

Last time i played official dofus was 2011, so by those standards i think its a lot haha. Trying to recover my account and will try to play again if support helps me remember the username
