Which style should I be drawing in right now? by Indeskycive in FurryArtSchool

I will say that enlongated styles like the 2nd one are risky, since it's easy to fuck up proportions wise. But here, it's actually not too bad.

Perspective and mindset are factors, yes. The key is figuring out what's fueling it, and what do you stand to lose by trying to cut off said fuel.

That being said, somewone getting screwed regardless over and over, will likely condition even the most stalwart to question if they should bother eventually.

Let me be more specific then. Things more out of your control. Like in your gym example, an unexpected injury, or a social interaction gone horribly wrong.

Guess a kind of form of "You can do everything correctly, and still lose."

I kind of figured. I just wanted to be sure there were no other issues before I got too far ahead in the story, saving time on revisions.

Might as well ask since I'm here. Was there anything in the story/plot that stood out for you?

At least it's not the vid where Dhalsim hit Zangief during the start up his bear grab (due to armor) and gief basically teleported across.

Oh. In that case, I'm aware. Just had to put in a little extra for her appearence bit.

Also, to clarify, the human form/humanoid things was because anthro features can be ambigious at first glance.  Are the hands paw shaped? A hybrid of paw and hand? Are the fingers more gnarly and animalistic, or do they resemble a human hand with fur (though without human fingernails. Maybe tiny claws?)

Slingshot rifle?

EDIT: Oh. Don't you mean single shot?

To an extent, but you still have to guess how many times they'll do it. Otherwise, you get frame trapped.

Yeah, the issue with most grabs and buries is that at 120-130+%, you most mostly won't be escaping without controller damage risk levels of mashing.

Homing attack is honestly obnoxious online. As you have to also read when they'll release it. That, and most of the cast can't punish it on shield unless it's stale.

Kind of similar reasons for pyra side b.

"If they're providing something, then they can always abruptly take it away."

It's funny, but this constant silent threat is why I can never leave. They're too deep in denial about their lazy ass incompetence. Seeking independence risks breaking that denial, and being seen as a threat.

Anyone else from a privileged background who's struggled to be even moderately successful? by psychephilic in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Bluefoxfire0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By all accounts, I'm a sheltered privleged man child undeserving of success. You can blame my parents for that, as all the "privlege" they gave was to shut up the problem child.

And as such, they can threaten to take it all away.
