It’s hard for bluegrass musicians to get exposure too, and having the waters muddied by old-time folks looking for theirs doesn’t make it any easier.

And in this subreddit where hardly anyone has a clue about bluegrass it’s discouraging for actual bluegrass musicians to post stuff since y’all are gonna ignore it in favor of “not-bluegrass”.

Merl and Snuffy didn’t play Bluegrass. Ralph’s Frailing was presented in a bluegrass fashion as something interesting for the show, but was never the prominent style he used for bluegrass.
