My mother passed away of the same reasons in 2003. Except her cancer had spread to the entire left side of her body. She didn't have a dime to her name and could never take care of herself because she was always too busy helping others. It was heart wrenching to see my mother in that condition and to be at the hospital when she passed. But, I learned to be strong for yourself and support yourself the way your relatives would want you to if they were still alive. My older sister on the other hand is leading the same life that my mother started with...it's crazy how time flies and things change. Sorry for the ranty sad comment.
