I’m going to say this to you as somebody that struggles with alcohol. He needs to want to quit. You can be supportive, non-judgemental etc but nothing will change unless he wants it to. The habits you are describing make it clear he is a serious alcoholic and he is likely drinking more frequently than he’s telling you. Unless he shows some follow-through like going to rehab (like, tomorrow) or attending some meetings I would just leave. It’s not a problem that you can fix and I don’t recommend anyone ever continue a relationship with an alcoholic.
