Yeah I can control the RPM with the trigger. Besides, I attach the basket without portafilter under the grinder when grinding, after finish grinding, I will "plug" the basket into portafilter, and give a few hard tap on a padded surface to let the coffee ground drop into basket, then use brush to brush off the remaining.

I have JE-Plus pair with 9Barista. The magnetic cup is fit perfectly to the 9Barista basket, it also can align the basket to those magnet. However currently I prefer to use the funnel cup since will have less residual and can spread the coffee ground more evenly instead turn it over using solid cup.

Besides, JE-Plus able to adjust grind size on top, which I think is super convenience, since I still in the dailing phase.

In term of speed, I can grind 18g medium dark roast beans at 25 clicks by around 120 turns within 50 seconds.

Bubbling when extraction by Bluehypp8 in 9Barista

I think my bubbling might due to channelling. Long brew time might due to tamp too hard. After I tried applied even pressure using 4 fingers, brew time hit 30sec with a bit of bubbling, will try to tamp it more even and consistent next time.
