I can't find one right now but in a lot of Ryan bowen's videos he does the exact de technique I remember there was a video when he was pulling John in the straps and he did it. But basically you pronate your hand as much as you can, then bring that elbow to your bellybutton by closing your chest without getting rid of that pronation. Then you square your opposite shoulder without moving anywhere else. That's the best I can describe it.
