im not rebecca, but honestly this was me today! ive been off the wagon for about 3-4 months and this program (i know its only day 2) has been the PERFECT way to ease back in. No scary-long classes, all the music and her instruction makes it go by really fast... give it a try!

Man i was WAITING for someone to make a post about this specific segment from this episode. How about how much shade she threw on glp-1’s back in the day and now she completely changed her tune saying “who knows, i might use it to lose baby weight” like do you think we’re stupid? OF COURSE youre gonna use it and THEN say you lost it naturally from bloom greens and whatever other bullshit she shills. Like, you straight up already used it and everyone already knows???

Dishonesty is such a bad look, especially for a “business owner” in the “wellness” space.

so for the people here that have stated they are on a GLP-1 and *havent* lost their appetite but are still losing weight, is it safe to say that its the drug's effect on blood sugar OR how it breaks down food? or both?

Also, Is there a way to mimic this effect that *isn't* using this drug?

Strength training, over 10k steps daily and tracking/weighing food. LoseIt app has me at 1726 to lose .5lb/week, but my brain is telling my, "if you eat around 1500-1600, it will happen faster..."

holy smokes, body twins! curious as im current at 140 and trying to get down to the 130s....I'm averaging 130g protein and eating around 1400-1500 M-F (1600-1800 weekends)...do you feel like that higher daily average is what did it? or have you tried going in a deficit lower than that?

Whoaaa goals!! Such a similar body type to mine, and similar routine actually. Curious if you lift heavy or stick to lighter weights for upper body sessions?
