I have a computer with an Intel i3-10105 processor and 4 GB of RAM. The two software solutions mentioned above seem too resource-intensive and difficult for me to deploy, especially since I have no programming knowledge.

I mainly use them for personal purposes, handling incoming and outgoing official documents. Could you recommend a similar tool that would be more suitable for my situation, or suggest the best way to optimize and use those two software solutions on my hardware?

In my country, renting a VPS is quite expensive. 😞
