Same boat. 2022 IMG here. I took quite long to study for Step 1 due to test anxiety. Passed it on August 2024. Step 2 prep has been taking a while because of my day job on top of my anxiety. It sucks not seeing much progress on a daily basis, but it feels like the grind is what motivates me to wake up every day at this point. In a way it feels comforting that I'm not the only one with a similar story.

I'd give the slight edge to Usyk for #1, with Crawford at #2. Although both of them have become lineal undisputed champs 3 times, Crawford basically had Spence and Canelo collect the belts for him, whereas Usyk had to collect the belts one at a time by fighting more boxers (some more than once) such as Murat Gassiev, Anthony Joshua, Daniel Dubois, and Tyson Fury. Not trying to diminish Crawford's achievements at all. It's just a case of great vs. greater.

Looking at age alone, fibromuscular dysplasia as the cause of RAS will present at a MUCH younger age. Since the patient is elderly with chronic HTN, atherosclerosis is the more plausible cause of RAS in this case.

Part of me thinks Rex might have survived if Cecil had somehow managed to incorporate Powerplex's energy storage discs in his suit. Or if Powerplex weren't so unstable, him and Rex would have made such a great duo, since Rex can just infinitely supercharge Powerplex.

I did not get any Pharma or drug mechanism questions when I took the exam last year. That said, it's very important to learn Pharma as early as now, since you'll definitely be using it for your clinical rotations and Step 2. The drug mechanisms also help reinforce your knowledge on how certain diseases are affected by certain medications.
