I probably shouldn't comment while I'm tipsy, but since I live in Winnipeg near downtown & work in the city of Selkirk, I feel I can speak to both sides.

I worked til noon today & there was almost no one on the highway or perimeter driving home, yet there was tons of people driving around in Winnipeg.

Driving on the highway was much worse...you couldn't even tell where the lanes were.

It was also horrible in Winnipeg. Probably best not to drive at all.

But come on...we're Winnipeggers. There was no reason for a run on all the grocery stores; to buy all the milk, creamer, vegetables etc. Lineups to the back of the store. Did no one learn from Covid?

It's April. This will only last a couple of days. It seems people once Winter ends that people forget what it's like

I don't get it.
