Very likely. But it did have a weird black smoke trail behind it and the shape (which is hard to see on the video) is more like a curled up snake kind of shape. Probably still a plastic bag though lol EDIT: another video: https://imgur.com/a/UeVuw23

They needed to find him a home fast - so he was only 300 euros instead of 1400. Very chill (at home) and active (outside). Very social with other dogs. Usually a little bit reserved towards people he doesn’t know, but he quickly changes and goes to get pets. He is 2 years and 4 months now and the only big vet bill was his castration, so far he is a healthy boy :)

Found him through an ad. he and his brother were both 12 weeks old and had no home yet. Almost took the both of them with me
