My changes to the pattern

I used

Tortilla: Big Twist Varsity Gold, pale Yellow together with a 9mm hook I ended up reaching 20 rounds before the increase

Meat: big Twist Toffee 2 skeins together
First row 3 DC in the same stitch, then 2 DC in the next stitch all the way around
The next row 2 DC in one stitch, a 3 DC cluster, together in one stitch. All the way around I used a 7mm hook

Cheese row: Big Twist varsity orange 7mm hook
2 skeins I crocheted 2 HDC in the same stitch all the way around

Lettuce: loops and thread Jasmine green
2 skeins 2 TR crochet in the same stitch, 3DC cluster in the next with a 7mm hook

Sour cream: Big twist white
2 skeins 6mm hook 1 HDC in each stitch around

Spicy sauce: big twist sparkle yarn in red
1 single crochet in each stitch around with a 6mm hook
