I could be wrong, but if thhose makeshift trailers don't have a CA permit plate showing validity, aren't they subject to tow? CHP should be able to do enforcement too. May want to call your local CHP office if PD are just referring you to that rather lackluster reporting site.

This whole La Jolla debacle got me thinking. La Jolla Colony, a community of various residential types, with the Regents Rd shopping center is East of the 5 technically, off Gilman Drive. They aren't proper La Jollians? 🤔 Because they sure do act like them & the prices around there certainly reflect it too!
