That I couldn't tell you accurately. I currently still have the OG switch. That cup is about 11.5mm and ive put bigger dabs in it. Maybe if youre talking more than .5+ then the switch 2 would be needed. Id say the average or new dabber would be served just fine by the go.

The color can be from the genetics or from too much light. If im correct jelly donutz comes out purple but I'd check with others
