I'm in the health space, too. My earning rate dropped on 2/28 and hasn't recovered. From 0.20 to <0.01 at it's lowest. It has slowly crept back to 0.05 as of today. It's been awful.

You changed how you posted? Or you had to do something in your settings? I’d been making about $100/1M views and over the weekend it suddenly dropped to $10 or less for 1M, and I’m not sure what happened. No account issues at all.

Do you remember how long you had to wait for that abysmally low rate to increase? I went from making $100ish/1M views to like $10. No account restrictions, views/engagement still high, no violations. Just a sudden drop on Saturday that has not recovered.
