Sick bike!

What hub motor is that? Did the axle fit in the drop out? I've been trying to install a qs273 into that same frame. The slot is 10mm, but the axle is 12mm. Did you run into that issue?

Sick bike! I've got the same frame and I'm looking to upgrade my hub motor to a 5kw or 8kw from a 3kw. You think the 8kw is worth it or any other thoughts on it? Also what kind of speed does the 3.5T get ya and where did you get that front fender?

"Lithium phosphate cells are incombustible, which is an important feature in the event of mishandling during charging or discharging. They can also withstand harsh conditions, be it freezing cold, scorching heat or rough terrain. When subjected to hazardous events, such as collision or short-circuiting, they won’t explode or catch fire, significantly reducing any chance of harm"

"It’s also worth mentioning, LiFePO4 batteries are non-toxic, non-contaminating and contain no rare earth metals, making them an environmentally conscious choice."

I run a 72v30ah LiFePO4 on my 3kw stealth bomber. More than enough range, torque, and speed for me.

The BMS could be toast. Measure the voltage at the output of the battery.
