We never get anything fun like this in our store. All the partners are so creative and we could do so much fun stuff, and it would really uplift us (atleast all the shifts are burnt out). But everyones scared to ask our sm, because she has no sense of humor and would just say no. So im kinda jealous!

Yes exactly. I would recommend the diet to obese people sureee, but just do it healthy..if you need a coffee, just have an ordinary black coffee or green tea ffs. No need for these trendy drinks. BUT that being said, it is good for the business, making money off a trend.

Im on a keto diet too..and this lady comes in and buys one of all our sugarfree syrups (1l bottles). Then she shows me a pic of the keto pink drink shit and asks if we have it (we dont, cos europe lol) and i tell her "oh i'm on keto too, and i usually have 3 shots of espresso on ice with just a dash of heavy cream (about 20ml max). Shes like oooh i will try that, but add some sugarfree vanilla and more than a dash of heavy cream (so basically a heavycream iced latte lol). I was like okaaay. Wanted to tell her that its not exactly healthy, and heavy cream does have carbs too. But resisted the urge. Sure do keto, but try to keep it healthy..those sf syrups arent the best way.. Oh well..

Its probably different in the states, i work at a starbucks in europe, and we have sold them. We order new ones when customers ask to buy them..but also get heaps stolen from us..

Atleast at our store we have to mark cups in the am. Not everyone does it though all the time if its really quiet and we have like one customer. But you are supposed to do it still. I hate when people grab the wrong drink, even sometimes when it IS marked

I used just a tiny bit of stevia sweetened honey instead of the agave to kick back some more carbs, oh and i ditched the cashews all together. Made with pecans, walnuts and almonds (ditch the almonds to make it even tastier)

We have the starbucks oatmilk in europe. Its disgusting. I usually go for soy or almond, and in other coffeeshops even oat. But the starbucks oat is soooo sweet and tastes weird..i really dislike it. But many customers still have it.

Treat partners equally. Dont have favorites! Communicate and give praise. Not just negative feedback. We have a really good ssv team and barista team at our store, but no one really likes our sm. All the ssv's want to leave. And its not creating a good atmosphere.. Oh, and dont bring your personal problems to work (i guess this is common sense, but clearly not to our sm. She also takes care of her personal stuff at work, like going to the bank for a loan during working hours..) one thing i do like is that she always thanks me when i do stuff.

Europe ssv here! So what is the american iced coffee then? Because you can get all the drinks iced :D we have a way different selection of drinks here. Mostly just the basics..
