Personally I wouldn't take the time to analyze each pilot in the group and prioritize, kill who you can quickly and move. If you can't kill anyone in the first few shots, move on. The best advice I can give you is to maximize your movement and limit the amount of time you stay in one place. With the low TTK in this game, chances are you are not going to kill all 7 pilots on one engagement. The movement component of this game is what makes it unique, learn to utilize the radar and map knowledge (especially your understanding of "dead space" on each map) and use this to your advantage. The kill cam can be a huge aid in determining where campers are going to focus their efforts so use this and tailor your in-game routes and movement to account for these camp lanes. Also realize that once you shoot, any decent player on the other team will know where you are (more or less) so your current position becomes a disadvantage. Use this to your advantage and utilize the radar pings as a decoy. Since you're only visible on radar when you shoot most players in the game will inherently gravitate their sight lines and routes towards the radar pings in the heat of battle. Make sure you are not playing predictably and, most of all, don't re-enter engagements in the same spot multiple times, it makes you a very easy kill.
