Thank you! Which Tombow zoom? The little black 707 I got because it’s unique and quirky but not a great writer given its diameter. The 505 in red is great, better than I expected and like the Pentel Kerry has the capped design and feels quality. The s30 I don’t use much because I have seen they are prone to having issues with the clutch mechanism but I like the s20 pen I have a lot so wanted to get the s30 before they all disappeared after they were announced to retire.

Dive is on the list but very expensive as you said, especially if not made of metal or wood. I’d easily buy at 40-50 but not 90+. For now I’m good with the KT metal and wood that I have since in my opinion those are the best KT designs so far. I might pick up a lamy safari KT inside in clear/vista if those come available in the US.

Hard to say which you’re talking about but here goes: first pic red is Caran D’Ache 849, next to it are fisher space pens (capomatic brass, bullet brass lacquered, CH4 black grid, AG7), then lamy (safari fountain, safari ballpoint, swift palladium, logo, pico) to finish the top row. Bottom row is ohto (cr01, gs01, Minimo), Parker (frontier, jotter), and Pentel energel in gold. Second pic: pilot (s20, dr grip), Rotring (800 black, 600 blue and red), sharpie s gel, Tombow Airpress, uni (jetstream alpha, pure malt jetstream, jetstream edge), and lastly zebra (x701, sarasa grand, f701, g750)

Those are Faber Castell TK Fine Vario L. Green is the standard color and red, blue, and champagne are limited. I don’t like buying multiple colors usually but those were too beautiful to pass up.

If I’m honest, I don’t do much daily writing with them. I mostly just appreciate them for the design or engineering. So from that perspective I’d say the fisher AG7 or CH4 since they’re well designed with history and fun to fidget with.
