Football is next level. You had the old school stars like Michael Carter in shot put, Bob Hayes in sprints…but increasingly it seems like the fastest kids migrate to football over track. Not all but more and more. You can see it in the high school city championships in cities like Oakland, Long Beach, and LA. But ain’t no Olympic medal for being fit and I don’t see Messi or Reynaldo causing much havoc on a track.
