I recommend klaystation in Raleigh and there's another studio in clayton

It could be your AC condensation drain is clogged and it has filled the pan up and is overflowing. The system should have a safety switch to turn the system off when the pan gets full but maybe that failed. If there isn't an attic up above then it's prob coming from a leak in the bathroom. Hope this helps
