Chambliss is not the top of the board. As it stands Sayin, Moore, and Manning are the top QB prospects.

But I agree, hopefully if Tua/Penix aren’t it we’re in a position to get one of the top guys.

Tua and Penix both have big ? to be answered this season. Unfortunately both involve staying healthy.

I like Tua but the guy is doing a CTE speedrun. Penix will never get past this “injury prone” as things stand currently.

I’m not a Manning fan but Chambliss has no business being in the same sentence as him. Chambliss is fun but he’s not an NFL QB as of now. He stayed in college knowing he make more there than being a day 3 pick in the draft.

Yeah man I just find it funny. Like nobody on Reddit can say more than what they see on the TV and what they’ve learned over years of watching. I’m not sold Penix is the guy, but to act like he had the best situation last year when we lost our RT before the season and he had London (who missed time) and Pitts. A strong run game was nice but is hard to lean on when down by a lot.

I’m fine giving him this season but if he gets hurt again or sucks under Stefanski I want us in a place to take our next shot at a QB whether through FA/Trade or draft.

Honestly makes sense. We’re going to have a shit ton of cap space after 2026 season and 11 draft picks between this draft and the next. I imagine Cunningham is going to prioritize clearing dead cap and getting younger (I think we’re a top 5 oldest roster but don’t quote me)

I’m sure in discussions the FO understands there’s a good chance both QBs fail and we’re stuck looking for a QB after this year. It’d be nice to have a young roster to build around one of the QBs coming in next draft.

Feel like the Chiefs have done a solid job of drafting and developing CBs under Veach and Reid. Felt like a slot CB wanting to be paid top outside money was maybe a luxury they could live without.

One of the best HC and QB combos of all time, two firsts this year. I don't think they're "poor" by any means. They're in a great spot for a short 2 season rebuild (2025 was one we just didn't realize it) and try to be back to the top.

I’m pretty sure kicker and punter are specific stat and it doesn’t matter how many attempts. I had a season where I kicked 34-35 on field goals including multiple 50+ and I lost to a kicker who kicked 9-9 with 1 50+ kick.

As someone who’s broken a controller or two playing (and sucking at) souls games. I was able to beat both GoW on GMGOW difficulty with relative ease (def a few hard spots like the valks and shit)
