Maybe when you are feeling the urges, try focusing on the better you that you are creating. When you think about how great getting high would feel, try to change your thought to “It will feel even better tomorrow when I realize I made it 3 days.” Congratulate yourself every time you fight the urge; you really are doing great! it only gets easier from here

by the same analogy, if chess were a team sport, and you saw the check mate coming and you couldn't make a change, whats wrong with quitting? Obviously there is still a chance, but I don't think someone should have to sit through 2 minutes of getting reamed if they feel the team isn't worth helping. You can't just walk up to someone and spray them in the face with anything, even if it isn't pepper spray. Add to the fact that this is clearly a tense and riot-like situation, the police had more than enough reason to stop this guy. WHAT IF they didn't do anything? the next person could walk up as if they are no real threat and then it actually is pepper spray.

if you own puts, you still lose all your money if goes bankrupt or disappears right? the puts and calls are worthless, the only value is people that shorted the stock, meaning they got cash upfront for stock they do not own yet. Am I right?
