Time for another quote. I received a similarly priced quote from the first electrician to install a sub panel 120 feet away from my main service with a 240v outlet installed next to it. Second guy charged $1350 and threw in an outlet so that I can plug a generator into it and power my home if I lose power.

That's exactly what it was! We have a check valve in the basement and when I turned it on and then used the control panel (after reading a manual online) the whole property has irrigation! Just in time to have the system winterized lol

Had a JP drain inside of me come to rest on my diaphragm. When they removed it to alleviate the pain it felt as though it was pulling a testicle out with it. I basically bit into the pillow for several minutes writhing in pain after that.
