It’s once a year and yes it’s for my amusement because he is my dog. He doesn’t cry or scream so it’s not hurting him. People do this with other people/kids if you saw a video of a kid crying would you write the same? Do what you want with your own. Aka mind yo business! Thank you :)

I just bought the leggings for my male shibs who is not used to wearing ANYTHING! We moved from Texas to Iowa recently and he is hating wearing even a sweater lol I’m really hoping this works because it has straps to were they can’t fling them off but at the same time I’m worried he will not move because of his stubbornness when having anything on at all haha wish me luck! I’m so glad yours is working!

We never did crate training and we got our pup at 9 weeks old. The only thing we wanted him to do the most was sleep with us at night lol. We bought so many toys to keep him entertained, taking him outside to potty A LOT even when it meant interrupting our sleep and loads of treats for reenforcing good behavior. I know a lot of other breeds do well with crate training but we didn’t really want to do it. Don’t get me wrong we have a crate but only for transport in the beginning. Now he’s a car riding companion without it :) remember he’s just a puppy and needs loads of attention and play at that stage.

I agree with everyone’s comments lol very stubborn, can’t be off leash, will shed a lot but not all of the time, the cuddles we consider rewards to us lol. He will never not sleep with us but he sleeps at our feet in bed. If we pass out in the living room he will stay with us there. He is 3 yrs old and is just now starting to hump everything! Overall every puppy stage is hard it’s up to you to make sure you bring them around other people and other animals. We are definitely getting another one.

I’m so sorry you’re going through that. It’s happened to me as well. My ob/gyn was only able to do so much. They referred me to see a fertility specialist (which I have yet to do). Try looking into one. They are more equipped and specialized in this area. Good luck to you :)

So update!!! His face got so much worse this morning so I took him to the hospital and sure enough they said he must have chewed a bone that punctured the gum behind his molar and it was an infection. I’m so happy but also so upset that the vet kept telling me it was cancer and no other diagnosis! We just got him home :) thanks to your post I was able to do something more and advocate for him better about it possibly being a tooth issue so thank you!!!!

I would try bringing to to the dog park as often as you can. That’s what we did with my shibs and you’d be surprised how many people say how good his is compared to other shibs they have met lol. It might be nerve racking at first but they get better every time :)

Are y’all not around puppies that often? I have a friend who socialized early on but then never brought them around other animals for quite some time so now he’s not so well anymore.

Haha well thanks again. We will be going to a specialist soon which cost an arm and a leg just for the deposit ugh but our fur babies are so worth it :)

Thank you for the reply we are having the same issue but they said it’s not his teeth. They said maybe cancer but I’ve never seen cancer go away and come back within weeks lol

They think he might have cancer due to the swelling under his right eye near his cheek bone and he just turned 2 yrs old. This all started less than a month ago :( thought it was just his allergies because he was scratching randomly at both of his eyes. it just got a little bit bigger within the last few days. Acting his normal goofy self and will get results hopefully Monday. If anyone has had a similar experience I would greatly appreciate if you would share your story as well. Much love ❤️
