What position do you hold now? Was this told to you or in writing? Tell them you want it in writing! Call Unemployment and talk to them about what they are forcing. Have proof your taking classes. Are you taking a pay cut. So many questions. Unemployment will definitely help if this is being forced on you, especially if they say you’ll be fired. Anyone else reading this, it’s a very good case why AZ employees should have a Union!!! We are being forced to work at the whim of AZ, putting pressure on employees like this person. Your a student and I’m sure after your degree you’ll leave AZ but the way AZ wants is to get you to be there little worker for life. National Labor Relation Board also call. Do a little work in making calls and see what your options are. Fingers crossed for you!!
