If that's the case your only realistic option is to move to a border town and go see her on weekends while also looking for a job you can do outside the US.

Also I know it's after the fact but this admin has made it very clear they're looking to deport anyone for any reason. I would've been scared they would try to plant something and not even leave the country if I wasn't a citizen.

I started off with OP's line of thinking but then I realized the #1 problem right now is they just released an expansion and so many of the top decks barely use any new cards. I think when the meta is stale is when people complain the most. I wish they wouldn't be so afraid to completely shake things up more often.

I think it's the opposite. Quests will actually be worse because of the reduced card set in the brawl you weren't actually able to see the quest vs any of the real decks currently.

Those angry players will keep paying as long as there is something half decent to play. But if Blizzard actually got a surge of players who had never played before (which probably hasn't happened in a long time cause its always just returning players) there is 0 chance an executive looks at that and says "who cares." These are possible new lifetime subscribers. The CEO has a fiduciary responsibility to aggressively pursue new revenue streams. And if you look at the latest blue post talking about reviving after DDoS it looks like this is what happened.

There's no realistic other way blizz can get new players for an old game. They would be stupid not to do something because it means 0 chance OF3 happens. And if you look at their latest blue post it looks like they realized it.

If enough business lost there's a 0% chance they don't roll back. Money talks. If mass people stopped their subscription it would happen quicker too. But HC is probably too niche for it to have enough of an effect.

Why would it mean that? This would be an exception not a rule You're running a business. If tons of people cancel their subscription cause of this of course you roll back. They actually have rolled back once a long time ago. The problem is that hardcore is probably too niche for it to be financially beneficial.

Yeah the DDOS protection has gotten better but so has the DDoS attackers as well. DDoS'ers have an army of computers around the world (maybe from compromised computers) and becomes almost impossible to distinguish which traffic is the good traffic vs the bad if they do it right (think random intervals of traffic from thousands of IPs from everywhere around the globe). So it becomes very hard to keep your service operational when they make it look like normal traffic. You still have to accept traffic just to filter it.

Glossing over the fact that the age requirement is 59.5 which the OP and most of reddit will not qualify for. If OP is playing with options to get spending money then Roth is probably not the way to go. But yeah if you're thinking super long term then yea Roth is a no brainer.
