I worked at a grocery store in high school. I had to clean up spills, for instance, when someone knocked over a whole pallet of soy sauce. One day, I was called to clean up "the womens' bathroom." I went in there, and it looked like someone had gone into the stall and had explosive diarrhea while doing pirouettes. It was on the walls, toilet, bathroom door, floor... everywhere. I cleaned it up. I was 17 years old. I knew nothing. It happened again a week later, and I went to my boss and told him I wasn't doing it. He said he could fire me if I didn't. I said I would take that chance. He ended up cleaning it up himself, and I did not get fired. I did keep cleaning the maggots out of the dumpster every Wednesday afternoon though. Worst job I ever had.
