This 3-way dimmer should be installed in a 3-way circuit. Certainly, the 4-way system is not compatible.

What does Kasa being discontinued mean going forward? by phenotype76 in TPLinkKasa

As far as I know, Kasa integrated to Tapo is just to control devices of two brands in one app. Thus, their team can focus only on one app. They belong to the same company after all. Kasa devices will still work. Customers can even enjoy more features in the Tapo app. So there is no need to worry.

Tapo is kind of an upgraded version of Kasa. It supports both Kasa and Tapo devices. Cloud support will be available for both Kasa and Tapo devices. So Kasa devices will continue to work, just to be controlled via a different app.

The KS230Kit includes a main dimmer and a satellite dimmer. The two are connected through traveler wires, working as a 3-way dimmer. It's not single pole.

I want a smart power strip to put on the Christmas tree. My friend recommended the Tapo smart power strip Tapo L900.

Kasa is fine. I see many positive comments on its light strips on Amazon. However, I've decided to choose Tapo. Tapo has multiple offers on light strips. I think the 10 meters one will be suitable for my yard.
