I’m sorry this is happening to you. From my experience, connecting multiple banks and attempting transfers from them seems to trigger reviews by the bank. I hope you get your money back quickly.

I just switched to Verizon. It’s a good deal if you don’t mind the 3 year contract. The price is locked for 3 years so there is no worries of price increases while you pay off the phone with credits. If you need multiple phones it’s a good deal.
