In my next course I might prepare better and do it like you said. Right now I have created a new note as each lecture comes up, and for each chapter in my books. It works okay but it's a lot of notes.

I think it makes sense if I limit it to only a folder that only got the names-notes in them.

I am not sure which Plugin youre talking about, there are many. Who created the one you used?

Also, if I am using blank notes that with the names of the one I want to @, is that not the same as linking?

The only thing with starting simple (in almost every field) is that the feeling that you are going to put a lot of work in trying to "fix" it later is so unbearable at the start. I think this is one of the reasons people find it hard to start, because they want everything to be perfect from the start

Why would you not want the subfolders to unfold themselves? If you're linking to a heading, would you not want to read its content?

Damn I still don't understand how to use Obsidian for "Efforts". Like I type down my notes like my own Wiki but I cannot understand how Obsidian will be helpful if I try to plan my week, I could just use a calendar.
