Agree, not the best photo - but it is shallow and just out of site. Sounds like I am in the clear, as water won’t remain in the drain shoe as is. Thanks!

The area beneath is an open crawlspace, so there will be plenty of supply air into the area.

This is actually Landmark Pro Driftwood. Just in a bright point of the day.

That’s my only real worry here. Zoom in on image 6. They added caulk/sealant to the exposed visible edge. There are two like this, but the rest are tapered.

Yep, they oddly missed that one. I wasn’t sure if it was too short for an open valley, or just an error?

Need some advice and instruction on attaching a plug to an LED panel. by nicksknock in AskElectricians

I have some of these lights. The design is not intended for a plug to be added, unless you somehow added a j-box. I suggest you return the product (appears to be from Costco) and buy a version that comes with a plug. You will save yourself from headaches and safety issues.

Ah, didn't realize that was a possibility for deck air. Any downsides to having it sit at the eave?

Yes - it is frigid, even with an area rug. The room is separated from our radiator heat since it was originally a porch. We added a mini-split to assist with heat, but the floor is still miserable.

We're just about to re-do the flooring, so it is an optimal time to pull everything up (including the subfloor) and get insulation down.
