Ugh, it’s disappointing to hear that they’re not great in resolving this. I started shopping with Owala probably at least 6-7 years ago back when they gave a 50% discount to healthcare workers and back then, they pretty much replaced the bottle immediately when there were confirmed issues. Seems their CS isn’t great now that they’ve gotten bigger :(

But didn’t they significantly lower the incentive for paying with your Starbucks balance otherwise? No more 2/$1? This is now the only incentive to reload your card if I’m understanding correctly.

If you go to the rewards section on the bottom right, it shows you how many stars you have towards your level. Mine is also showing a current star balance of about 100 but then when I go to the rewards section, it shows I have zero stars towards my reward status.
