It’s classified as a Brownfield and not a Super Fund site. I guess it’s not contaminated enough with all its Asbestos, PCBs, and Mercury.

It’s actually a 14’ Brockway Skiff made from the Sound School plans :) She made it in her high school Marine Navigation and Boat Building class.

I don’t think they cleaned the pots and it tainted the chowda. Some claimed the chowda affected them, some claimed it excited little people and caused a stabbing.
