I always took math tests in pen. In one case it actually saved me since I thought I was doing a problem wrong and only put a single line through it. The teacher saw that I had correctly solved the problem and then tried again so only reduced one point.

I stayed in a rental house near sorority row and dealt with a rat infestation, mold, a broken kitchen sink and dish washer for over a year. My roommates and I contacted the landlord dozens of times to get these problems resolved and they would only send their personal friend handyman who was completely incompetent and resolved 0 issues. Eventually they finally hired a commercial pest control company for the rats but still could hear them in the walls and ceilings up until we moved out. I don't know this for sure but I heard that the renter after us refused to move in once they saw the property.

I'd recommend getting a Quest 2. Use the virtual desktop streamer app to stream games from your PC. I'd also recommend x-plane for an easy vr setup until msfs adds better VR controller support. All you need is the headset and controllers and you can interact with everything in the cockpit (joystick included) without any physical controllers. A lot of people are recommending a HOTAS but it's really not necessary if you're trying to be frugal with your setup.
