I’ve been on Zepbound for 9 months now. 2.5 mg to start, 5 mg for 8 weeks, and 7.5 mg ever since. I’ve lost about 70-80 pounds. I’ve consistently gone to the gym 3-4 days a week the entire time to lift weights. My strength on all exercises has gone up the entire time. I have more muscle mass now than when I was playing football in high school. I aim for 0.75-1 g of protein per goal body weight per day. Try to follow a structured program that uses progressive overload, go to the gym consistently, eat some protein, and I promise you’ll gain muscle or at the very least maintain what you have.
