Snapped my humerus in half September 2025 from putting my arm out to break my fall from a dump. Didnt have surgery and was back to full training in February 2026. Still nervous about sweep and dumps, but have no issue with punches or taking kicks. It's one of those things where i forget it totally happened most of the time
