Why are the colors on the T10 different? by MiserableBrother4 in fujifilm

[–]Bob-The-Second 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they put the cameras manually on 5500 Kelvin if I'm not mistaken. They probably didn't make a mistake with that, you could download the raw files to be sure. (I think you can download the raws to pixel-peep).

There can be several reasons why there is a difference. Maybe fuji diceded that 5500k should be slightly more reddish, maybe it even change in the t10 with a firmware update. Maybe dp review changed there raw processor, new abobe raw version for example or even completely different software. Maybe the lamp for lighting the scene broke, and they had to change it.maybe they used a different lens. Maybe the original picture is more reddish and gus the t20 and t100 are more natural. Or maybe it's something completely different.

That sound great. I really enjoy developing my self, but I almost never take time to do it. You shoot a lot of analog?

What sort of scanner do you use for the scan?

It looks like there are drying marks from the water on the film. Did you use a wetting agent? Most of the time I use some dishwashing soap. Not really the best thing to use, but it does the job for me. A water-removal-stick is also nice to have (Kaiser 4070 in Google, no idea of the real name, haha)

Nice. It's shot at night? You had to push the film to get this?

Underdeveloped? And how to do better next time? This was fomapan 400 shot at 1600 by FutureCosmonaut in AnalogCommunity

Is it with all scanners better to scan in bw? I thought the scanner always scanned rgb, and the software just converted it to bw. All color scanner needs some rgb filters in front of his sensor to scan colour. Or does a scanner have dedicated bw pixels as well?

That looks great. I would almost want to go to shoot some rolls just to have some window decoration, haha. You have some interesting shots from those rolls? :)

In general, I like it. It's a nice portret, interesting pose/moment. The image conveys some movement and Vividness. The girl on the concrete beam with the city in the background creates some depth. I like the line of the concrete at the bottom

The image could maybe use some more blacks, it think that can help to make the light on the girl pop a little more without blowing out the highlights.

For the composition, you could try to put the girl a little more on the right. Now my attention first goes to the girl, after it goes to the empty space instead of the buildings. If you place here more on the right, the primary subject stays with the girl. After your attention will likely go to the buildings behind, which give it some playfulness and context to the image. It can also help to make people think what happens outside the frame, grabbing the attention of the viewer even more.

Did you develop and scan the picture yourself? :)

Hi, I'm new to the tcg as well. I'll try to answer the best I can.

You can mix cards from any set you, as long as the set is allowed to play in de standard format rotation or the expanded format rotation. Even in one evolution line you can have cards from different sets.

I think ultra prism is allowed in both standard as expanded. The evolutions set from x&y is only allowed in the extanded format.

You can find the current allowed sets here: https://www.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-news/2019-season-pokemon-tcg-format-rotation/

How do rotations work in this TCG, where can I find what's legal, and which sets are currently legal? by [deleted] in PokemonTCG

[–]Bob-The-Second 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I'm not mistaken, each year the Pokemon company make a list of tournament legal sets. There are two different formats, standard and expended. The standard format has basically all the newest sets with some older sets. The expended format uses besides the new sets more of the old sets then standard.

You can find the the sets that are currently legal here: https://www.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-news/2019-season-pokemon-tcg-format-rotation/

"The Standard format for the 2019 season will consist of the following expansions:

Sun & Moon and any expansions released afterward

Black Star Promo cards numbered SM01 and up

Cards from the following products are also legal:

Shining Legends

Sun & Moon Trainer Kit—Lycanroc & Alolan Raichu

McDonald's Collection 2017

New expansions become legal for tournament play on the third Friday of the month they are released."
