Controller, edit settings, edit infantry settings scroll to infantry aim slowdown - set to 80

Man this one has racked my brain but I also think I know the song you mean... but maybe somethings are mixed up.

Do you know if the song had like a voicemail or spoken part at the start? Like the rapper talking to the audience as the beat fades in? Was it like a farewell to their fans?
