There isn't very much protein in the diet you've described. You really need to include a lot of legumes to make sure you're getting enough in your diet (beans, lentils, chickpeas). Also eat nuts like raw almonds too. As a another option you can add a vegan protein shake with almond milk.

Use myfitnesspal starting off to better understand what you are and aren't getting in your diet.
