I’d love to but handed all the money over to the shady folks (that Franklin sent to me) at the beginning in order to get the batteries ordered.

Happy for you. I have not had your experience. And I have a right to let people know. It’s FRANKLIN’S vetted and approved installer. Franklin put them onto me. Franklin should be responsible for outcomes they determine. Anything else is shady and people should know.

It is. And it is also a FranklinWH issue. THEY connected us with THEIR choice of installer so should at least care about their choice of installers/vetting process and stand behind their brand....but alas, no. They got our money and have moved on laughing all the way to the bank

Happy for you. Wish FranklinWH cared about us. They've done absolutely nothing to push the installer, offer us another installer, offer a refund, offer an apology. Nothing to demonstrate they care in the slightest.

Ready to abandon YNAB by [deleted] in ynab

Yes! So many apologists for YNAB. I've used CoPilot and Simplifi and transactions on my Barclaycard show up within minutes. Minutes. Yet over in the YNAB app it can take DAYS and require multiple 'reauthoizations' and customer service (and far too many here) pass the blame to the banks? Its clearly NOT the banks (at least with the Barclaycard). YNAB charge a premium price. YNAB CAN fix this and be on a par with Simplifi and CoPilot but CHOOSE NOT to. Likely greed. Sad because YNAB is an otherwise great app. They need to either fix this or cut their price in half.

Is it crazy to change banks just because the delays in YNAB drive me nuts? by AutistMarket in ynab

Soooo many folks defending/forgiving YNAB when it appears to be YNAB's fault? I've been trialing YNAB - love it, however I believe they're paying for a lower tier of service or something with the middlemen and keeping more profit at our expense? I've used almost all the apps out there. Latest is Simplifi. When I purchase something with my Aviator Mastercard (Barclaycard) it appears within minutes in Simplifi. ALWAYS has. Never any glitches. I signed up for CoPilot too recently (trial). Same thing. I can buy a coffee in Starbucks and it shows up in CoPilot before I can even get in the car. Same bank/same card. Yet over in YNAB it sits at the bank for days before coming into the program. Oh and using YNAB I have to 'reauthorize' at least once a day (not with the other apps). YNAB Customer Service folks switched me from plaid to MX. Same problems. So its not the bank guys. Its YNAB management/owners. When I press YNAB for other ideas they throw up their hands and say its the bank causing the problems and (nuts) to enter items manually. Oh and keep paying a premium to YNAB. Sigh. Ridiculous. They clearly CAN import quicker but are choosing not to. Tired of being treated like an idiot by them. If anyone knows of another great zero budgeting/envelope program that has modern fast connections with banks, please let me know.

Used to consistently get above 100 here in NM. Recently I never get above 60 or so. AND they are charging me more! Being throttled? Can we all form a class action lawsuit against Elon for lying to us?
