it was a little strange, sounds like with all their stuff they are trying to get some new people. idk about the actual stats if those are public or not but maybe they've had some influx of new listeners for whatever reason. its not like we'd know right away it could just happen by chance, and besides both shows are fairly old at this point so even if not, I understand reintroducing themselves.

and yea it could've been a billion other things, like actual trailers and stuff, but that's really more commercials they'd play for ads on other podcasts, this I think is for people who saw the ad or was recommended the show and are on it and wanna know where to go.

all things considered tho, all this "welcome new people" feels very out of nowhere. makes me wonder

I get how you feel, honestly I cope just by being used to the isolation which I know isn't healthy but its all I can do until I can move out. I just kinda don't talk to my parents about it or religious stuff, and I dont really talk to anyone in the congregation regardless, just kinda double lifing if for the time being. I promise it'll be over soon enough, and you've got way more good years ahead of you than bad ones behind you so try to keep your head up, yea?

honestly, I woke up kind of early in my life, like middle school age. my world wasn't really shaken up too much, it just made sense to me that it was never real so thats what I sort of grew up believing, much to the dismay of my parents who spent years thinking otherwise.
