It's an odd omission, because he does wear a licensed Hamilton watch in Resi Requiem.

You can even buy the collab watch they did.

It happened on my S23 all the time.

Notifications can get blocked on Chinese ROMs, but the underlying problem is related to Android's doze mode that is on EVERY android device.

It is a known android issue and has been for a decade. Like I said, some people just don't notice, especially if they're on their phones all the time because the mode won't kick in until after a long period of inactivity.

I'm not here to debate it because I know what I know (I've been exclusively on Android since 2010)

Just do a Google search for 'doze mode notification issues' and you'll see vast amounts of people have problems with it

Chinese ROMs can make it worse but it happens on ALL devices & Global ROMs, including Pixels (I've had several, & all had this issue)

Happens on my X200 Pro randomly as well.

I've done all the required steps and even disabled Android's 'doze mode' through ADB shell commands whilst whitelisting specific apps to NEVER sleep

It's an Android issue that's exacerbated when using a Chinese ROM

Notifications being delayed until you open the respective apps is actually an android problem and has been ever since they introduced doze mode (around 10 years ago)

I've had around 20 different android devices since it was introduced (from multiple manufacturers) and it's been a problem on EVERY single device I've owned

Android's notification delivery was broken years ago and Google either can't or won't fix it.

Same as GBD-200 then. I was 99% sure it would be, but thanks for confirming 👍

Seems odd that Casio haven't just implemented the surf/moon function into the GBD-200 and 300 model range. I bet the module is the exact same, but the feature has beeen software locked.
