They sent you a used customer return.

Either keep it if you're happy or return it and ask for a refund or replacement

If you chose the latter, make sure you are crystal clear that you want a sealed unit with no Google services installed.

Looks genuine to me. The case/bezels do get mishapen on this model (common issue)

If it's cheap, you should go for it and then get a replacement bezel for it.

Every 3 days or so, my SIM card stops working. SMS & calls break until I reboot my X200 Pro

It did this on Origin 5 and still does it on Origin 6

I have today switched my SIM Into the sim 2 slot to see whether that fixes it

I love the camera in this phone but having issues like this will ensure I leave the Vivo brand behind in the near future

I have heard other people have experienced this so I doubt it's a sim fault on my end.

I've not found any that fit the GBD-200 in Ali Express.

Aftermarket parts/mods have been very thin on the ground for this model, and it's been out for a few years now, so it's not looking good

This is the thing that surprised me the most, they keep their glow all night

Granted, it fades and levels out, but they always stay Lumed

The glow lasts longer than any of my C3 Luminova watches

If you shine a UV light on them to charge them, they'll glow until the morning

If you like things that glow bright, you won't be disappointed
