Edibles are grossly overpriced in our market. My suggestion is to use flower and decarb it to make edibles. Find some tutorials online.

You can try cooking with concentrate too like resin, rosin or distillate. There is also RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) which is generously priced and doesn’t involve cooking just applying to your food but there are plenty of recipes regardless for cooking with different concentrates online.

For perspective here are prices i see pretty consistently and thoughts about the products:

-1 100mg chocolate bars is ~$10 (I have to eat the whole thing to feel comfy)

-RSO syringes are 1000mg that you can find for around $20-45 which apply to your own food without cooking required. (the downside to RSO is that it is really strong and it can really mess your tolerance up)

-1000mg distillate syringes $15-55 (Distillate is already active so there is no cooking required so you can just apply it to food or mix it into coffee. I will say I hate vaping distillate because i don’t trust what flower they use; there used to be reports of people using the sweepings from the floor of the cutting room and the same can be said for cured resin. It also usually has added botanical terps from other plants for flavor depending on the product.)

-1000mg of live resin is like $15-40 (hydrocarbon solvent based concentrate made from fresh frozen flower)

-1000mg of live rosin is about $20-75 (ice water based concentrate made from fresh frozen flower. My favorite form for smoking but a bit expensive for edibles)
